Accra, Ghana. November 16th, 2016 – Flippy Campus, the social app for Ghanaian tertiary schools that promises to give the ultimate campus experience, has just launched a marketplace on its Android and web app for users to buy and sell new and used products easily.
David Mumuni, CEO of Flippy Campus, had this to say: “The Flippy Marketplace is in line with our efforts to create the ultimate campus experience for our users. It is an idea we have been cooking up for almost a year now and we are happy to roll it out to allow students and student-focused brands and services to reach the thousands of students actively engaged on Flippy Campus. In future, we hope to have a dedicated section within the marketplace for specific brands to relate directly with the students.”
Flippy Campus has recently formed a number of strategic partnerships to improve the marketplace experience for its student users, InterPay (the payment solution), Campus Base TV (the number one campus TV targeted to students), Samsung and Tisu (the ecommerce platform dedicated to giving great deals on products.)

Flippy Campus, boasts of a user base of over 100,000 students and recently launched on five (5) new campuses including Central University, Methodist University College Ghana, University of Professional Studies Accra, Takoradi Technical University, and the Kumasi Technical University.
The company is looking forward to expanding to all tertiary institutions in the country by 2017, and move on to take over Lagos, in Nigeria.
